DESCRIPTION

Color:
Straight from our runway, the Carley Bootie combines classic menswear elements and an ultra-feminine feel — a double monk strap on plush velvet with a tall, satin-covered block heel. A rounded toe, one of the season’s key emerging trends, and grosgrain ribbon trim give this day-to-evening style a polished finish. This standout style taps into fall’s richly textured romantic side.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Too Steep First of all, these are the most beautiful shoes I have ever laid eyes on. Absolutely gorgeous! Unfortunately, they are incredibly steep. I absolutely could not walk in them to save my life. And I tried every which way to make them work....even going on the internet to "learn" how to walk in something this steep...but alas, I had to return them. A shoe this steep changes the center of gravity so much that your lower back gets alot of pain....as did my feet. They even hurt after I took the shoes off. But I won't give up. I did end up getting my first pair of Tory Burch shoes...sandals....but I'm saving up now to get some really cute Tory boots...that will be a lot flatter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute and original shoes I ordered 2 sizes and took the smaller one, it felt more snug when i was standing up. I don't like a gap behind my heel. The shoe is a little hard to get into, you need to hold the front flap while you slide your foot inside. But once you're in, they are really cute and make your leg look longer and elegant.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ow! I give these two stars because they are so pretty. But I just walked the three blocks to my office and couldn't wait to tear them off. First off they run small and it's not a material that seems to stretch. Second, there is no platform so the heel feels very high and on the pressure is fully on the front of your foot. Third, the buckle is pretty unwieldly. A little snap there would have made a lot of sense. I wish I hadn't worn them and had gotten then next size up. Maybe an insole there could help because it is a beautiful shoe.
