Beautiful shoe but slightly uncomfortable

I was very happy with these shoes initially. I wore them frequently for about a month. Then, they started to stretch. They went from fitting perfectly to not even being able to stay on my feet. After having them go flying twice while walking through the airport today I have decided that I can no longer wear them which is sad considering they were $278. I was planning on ordering the nude color before this happened. I ordered my usual size 8.
