Return Information
POLICIES

Items can be returned free of charge for a full refund in the original form of payment within 30 days of the delivery date.

We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, altered or washed. All tags must be attached. Footwear returns must be in the original condition -Tory Burch does not accept returns for worn footwear.

Items purchased from toryburch.eu cannot be returned to our boutiques.

Any merchandise purchased in the outlet boutiques is returnable only to the outlet boutiques. Outlet merchandise will not be acceptable for return in the full price retail boutiques.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Tory Burch reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time.

UPS RETURNS

Please remember to use the return form and label included in your shipment for free UPS return delivery. To arrange pickup of your return shipment, please contact UPS at 08457 877877 (from Monday to Friday 08:00 am to 08:00 pm and Saturdays from 08:00 am to 02:00 pm) or email custsvgben@ups.com.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Tory Burch will provide a pre-paid shipping label to expedite the return. EXCHANGES

We cannot process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on toryburch.eu. You may place your reorder at any time.

GIFT EXCHANGES

If you would like to return merchandise you received as a gift that was purchased on toryburch.eu, the original form of payment will be refunded that was submitted by the person who placed the gift order.

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A TORY BURCH GIFT CARD

If you used a Tory Burch Gift Card as a form of payment please be advised the original gift card will be refunded. Please treat your original physical gift card like cash.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Items purchased on toryburch.eu cannot be returned to Tory Burch boutiques at this time.

TORY BURCH ITEMS PURCHASED AT OTHER LOCATIONS

Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Tory Burch merchandise may not be returned to toryburch.eu.

Refunds

Tory Burch will refund the original form of payment according to our policies outlined above.

We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
